Soroptimist International of Clark County (SICC) has been conducting professionally run Estate and Household sales in East Clark County since 1987It all started when a woman who lived across the street from one of our club members needed someone to run an estate sale. Our member saw this as a fundraising opportunity and the club’s Board of Directors agreed when they responded “let’s do it!”.  Since then, we have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to fund educational opportunities for women and girls in Clark County. SICC also provides funding to nonprofit organizations who deliver services to women and girls

Why choose SICC to run your sale?

We take the burden off you by handling all aspects of the sale. Our volunteer staff sorts the items, stages them in an attractive manner, runs the sale, removes unsold goods, and leaves your home broom clean. Through research and experience, we expertly price items while striving to achieve a balance between getting the best price for you and giving buyers a fair deal. After the sale, unsold items are donated, in your name, to various local charities. You receive 55% of the sale earnings and SICC receives 45%.

Soroptimists have knowledge of pricing household items, tools, furnishings, jewelry, antiques and collectibles. When necessary, we contact experts in specific fields to assure the best pricing. Generally, it takes three to four weeks to prepare the sale. Sale dates are available between March and October with sales held on Friday and Saturday of a designated weekend.

Your sale will get attention in our community. We have a growing list of over 1,400 people who follow our sales and will receive an email with details of your sale. Additionally, your sale will also be publicized on estatesalefinder.com, Facebook, Nextdoor, and other online sale sites. Contact SICC early to reserve your sale date. SICC has a well-established reputation for offering high quality sales to the community. Annually, we conduct 6 sales in East Clark County between March thru October. Join our email list to be notified of upcoming sales.
